Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Methods

Cooperating Logistics Providers:

  • Home Delivery: HCT Logistics (Hsinchu Logistics), in-house courier delivery (Taiwan main island only)
  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (Taiwan main island and offshore islands)

2. Shipping Notice

After an order is confirmed and payment is completed (excluding the order date), regular products will generally be shipped within approximately 2 business days. The production and shipping time for customized products shall be subject to the information stated on the respective product pages.

Shipping operations are conducted from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national public holidays.

In the event of public holidays, high order volumes, or force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), shipping may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

Actual delivery schedules are subject to logistics operations and route arrangements.

For convenience store pickup orders, customers must collect the product within 5 days after arrival (including weekends and public holidays). If the order is returned due to failure to collect within the specified period, any related losses and re-shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.
