An order shall be deemed established once payment is completed and confirmed by the system.
In the event of out-of-stock items, system errors, or force majeure, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period starting from the day after receipt of the product (this is not a trial period).
Returned items must be in brand-new condition and include the product itself, accessories, packaging, and any complimentary gifts.
Customized products and personal wearable items (such as earrings), once unsealed, are not eligible for return or exchange.

The inspection period is provided solely for evaluating whether the product meets your needs and is not intended for wearing or use. Any signs of use may affect your right to return the product.

Damage resulting from improper use, human factors, or failure to follow recommended wearing or care instructions is not covered under the warranty.
